TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – One member of Florida State’s 2013 BCS National Championship team will add to his ring collection in Super Bowl LI, as Devonta Freeman’s Atlanta Falcons will meet Tre’ Jackson and the New England Patriots in Houston, Texas, on Feb. 5.
Freeman and the Falcons topped the Green Bay Packers in Sunday’s NFC championship game to reach the Super Bowl for the second time in franchise history. And the New England Patriots’ dynasty continued to roll, as they topped Pittsburgh on Sunday to reach the Super Bowl for the seventh time under coach Bill Belichick. Jackson is in his second season on the roster, although he hasn’t played this season due to a knee injury.

Falcons: RB Devonta Freeman totaled 84 yards (14 carries, 42 yards; 4 catches, 42 yards) and one touchdown.
Packers: DT Letroy Guion started and made one tackle (one for loss.)

Patriots: OG Tre’ Jackson (knee) is on the physically-unable-to-perform list.
