TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Five former Seminoles are moving on to their conference championship games, as Atlanta (Devonta Freeman) will meet Green Bay (Letroy Guion) in the NFC title game, and New England (Tre’ Jackson) will host Pittsburgh (Lawrence Timmons, Vince Williams) in the AFC title game. No matter who wins this weekend, at least one Seminole will represent both the AFC and the NFC.

Falcons: RB Devonta Freeman carried 14 times for 45 yards and a touchdown. He also caught four passes for 45 yards.
New England 34, Houston 16
Patriots: OG Tre’ Jackson (knee) is on injured reserve.

Packers: DT Letroy Guion started but did not record any statistics.
Pittsburgh 18, Kansas City 16
Steelers: LB Lawrence Timmons started and made one tackle. LB Vince Williams made two special-teams tackles against Kansas City return ace Tyreek Hill. RB Karlos Williams is on the practice squad.
