Baseball Defeats No. 20 Hawaii, 11-2

HONOLULU, Hawaii – Lefthander Wes Crawford struck out seven as he held off No. 20 Hawaii (11-3) to lead No. 18 Florida State (6-3) to a 11-2 win over the Rainbows.

Crawford (2-0) gave up two runs in the first inning and then held the Rainbows scoreless in the next seven innings as he gave up nine hits in win.

Designated hitter Kevin Cash and centerfielder Brian Cox provided the Seminoles with run production once again as they combined to drive in four runs on three hits. Catcher Jeremy Salazar also recorded two hits and two RBI.
