TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –
The Florida State women’s basketball team had a select group of kids on hand for Thursday night’s 78-68 win over Virginia Tech as the participants in the Seminole Book Challenge were in attendance.

The Seminole Book Challenge is a five-month long reading challenge in which all kids who read 10 books throughout that time received a ticket to Thursday night’s game.

The schools in attendance Thursday night were Gretchen Everhart, Fort Braden Elementary, Sabal Palm Elementary, Riley, Nims Middle, W.T. Moore, and Kate Sullivan.

Next Thursday’s game against Miami will be fan appreciation night and will also be senior night where Jacinta Monroe, Alysha Harvin and Angel Gray will all be honored.
