How do you like being in college so far? Has it been different
than you expected?

I love it here so far. I know you have to work a lot
harder than in high school because it’s much better
competition.

What have you learned from the older players?

I learned that you have to go out and work hard everyday.
That nothing is given to you at this level.

Has Tallahassee been a lot different than Atlanta?
What are the differences to you and how do you like
it here so far?

Atlanta has more to do, but I like it here because Tallahassee
is a college town and there are a lot of cool
people around you that are your age to hang out with.

What did you like about Florida State? What made
you choose them?

I liked the coaching staff. I think we are a team on the
rise and thought that I could contribute to that.

How was it being recruited by so many big time schools?
It was nice. I am glad I had the opportunity to be
recruited by them, but now I am just glad to be here.

Any cool stories from the time you were being recruited?
Just all the different people I met, all the different fans
were the most memorable to me.

What do you plan on studying at Florida State? What do
you plan to do with your degree?

I plan on being a business major. I plan on becoming
an entrepuenuer and opening up my own business.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
Hopefully I make it to the NBA, but if not then I want
to use my business degree to start my own business to
make a living.

What was your experience like in high school? How has
the transition been coming along to college ball?

High school ball, most people were not playing at the
level I am capable, so that was easier for me than now.
On the college level everybody is playing at a higher
level and gives me a challenge so that I have to work
hard everyday.

Off the court, what is something that you are proud of?
I am above a 3.0 GPA, so I am proud of that. I am trying
to get it higher and be an academic All American.

What is your favorite sport outside of basketball
and why?

My favorite sport is football and overseas football.

What are your personal and team goals for this season?
My personal goal is to be on the ACC all-freshman
team, and as a team I hope we can make it to the
NCAA tournament, the Sweet 16 or even further.

Do you have any cool hobbies and if so please explain?
Since I have been in Tallahassee, I have been able to
meet so many different people, and I know a couple
people in the music industry. Back home my family
has a studio so I am just trying to help people.

Who is your role model and why do you look up to
him/her?

My mom because she just works so hard everyday. All
of this is for her.

Outside of basketball, what is something cool about your
self that other people may not know?
I am different. I am not your ordinary jock. I think
just the way I fit in with different crowds.
