TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – After a few days of training in Malibu, Calif., the Florida State Women’s Tennis is ready to face No.31 Pepperdine tomorrow at 1:30 (WT) at the Ralphs-Straus Tennis Center.

Florida State enters tomorrow’s contest on a three-match skid, as they fell to No.12 Florida 7-0 last week in Gainesville, Fla., moving to 5-4 on the season. The Seminoles are 1-4 against ranked opponents this year.

The Waves are 5-4 on the season as they are coming off of a 5-2 loss against No.10 California. Pepperdine has a few players that have climbed into the rankings in both singles and doubles as the pair Khunpak Issara and Lorranie Guillermo are ranked No.57. In singles, Ale Granillo is No.95.

Florida State is 1-1 against Pepperdine in the all-time series. The last time the two teams met was in 2010 when the Seminoles took the Waves, 6-1.
