ESPN GameDay set to appear at Doak Campbell Stadium

ESPN GameDay is set to appear once again at Doak Campbell Stadium on Saturday for the Florida State – Georgia Tech game. The GameDay crew has appeared at 15 of Florida State’s games, more than any other school in the country. The first-ever ESPN GameDay appearance at the Florida State – Notre Dame game in 1993 in South Bend, IN.


“It is very important for our fans to come out and show support for our school and athletics program,” said Assistant Athletic Director for Media and Public Relations Rob Wilson. “We are very excited to host GameDay this weekend. When the GameDay crew is in town, you know it’s a big game.”


The last time the GameDay crew came to Florida State was the 2000 Florida game in which the Seminoles won 30-7.


GameDay will be set up on Langford Green and will start the live broadcast at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 15th.


TIME CHANGE: The North Carolina game on September 22 in Chapel Hill, NC has been moved from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.
