GREENSBORO, N.C. — Florida State senior setter Fiona Bolten was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Volleyball Player of the Week after helping to lead the Lady Seminoles to conference victories over Georgia Tech and Clemson over the weekend.
The Tampa, Florida, native averaged 16.71 assists and 3.43 digs per game and finished the seven games with a .500 hitting percentage. In FSU’s four-set win over Clemson, Bolten tallied a season-high 70 assists.
The Lady Seminoles enter the week with a 19-7 overall record and a 9-3 ACC record and are currently in second place in the league. Florida State will host nationally-ranked Florida tomorrow, Tues., November 3rd at 7 p.m. in Tully Gym. FSU is riding an eight-match winning streak and is a perfect 12-0 at home.
