The night before national Signing Day do you know where your head football coach will be? Well Florida State fans your head coach will be watching basketball as the 22nd-ranked Seminoles face Wake Forest Tuesday night in Tallahassee.
Coach Fisher will be on hand to watch the Seminoles continue their fight to stay atop the ACC standings and then accept the Chick-fil-A Bowl Championship trophy at halftime from bowl president Gary Stokan. On top of the trophy presentation, there will be opportunities to win some great prizes courtesy of Best Buy. There will be an iPod, Beats By Dre (headphones) and a flat screen TV given away. Florida State captured the 2010 Chick-fil-A Bowl title after E. J. Manuel came on in relief for injured starting quarterback Christian Ponder and helped guide the Seminoles to a 26-17 win over South Carolina at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. The victory pushed the Seminoles to the program’s first 10-win season since 2003 and vaulted FSU to a final ranking of No. 16.
