Tallahassee, Fla. – Florida State practiced for just over an hour this evening after watching game tape from Saturday’s loss at Florida. After reviewing film inside, the Seminoles started the practice with conditioning and agilities. The team then corrected mistakes from Saturday’s game and began work for Georgia Tech. FSU has a bye this week before facing the Yellow Jackets on December 1st. The game is set for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff on ESPN.
“They practiced about like you would expect them to,” said head coach Bobby Bowden. “We had our normal Monday practice.”
The Seminoles will work again Tuesday and Wednesday before breaking for Thanksgiving. They will return Sunday for conditioning.
“We’ll give them three days off,” said Bowden. “That’s probably the best thing for them right now. Some guys that have been limping around will have a chance to get better. They’ll report back on Sunday to run.”
No new injuries were reported after today’s light workout. Brett Williams, who is nursing a sprained knee, rode the exercise bike and did not practice.
