Florida State University is featured on the cover of the new AT&T Real Yellow Pages directory serving Tallahassee.  FSU is also on the AT&T Real Yellow Pages midsized directory, which is a smaller, more portable version of the traditional print directory.  More than 388,000 total copies of the AT&T Real Yellow Pages directories have been produced for distribution in the area this year.  Delivery starts this week and last approximately four weeks.  The directory also will be available to new residents and businesses throughout the year.

“We are pleased to feature FSU on the cover of the new AT&T Real Yellow Pages directories for Tallahassee and we are a proud sponsor of FSU Athletics,” said Barb Orton, AT&T General Manager – Emerald Coast.  “We’re always working to make our directories an even greater value by tailoring the contents and services offered in them to the needs of our customers.  You can count on the AT&T Real Yellow Pages as your complete source of community information.”

The 2008 FSU football season kicks off on Saturday, September 6, 2008, in Tallahassee as the Seminoles play Western Carolina.  Under head coach Bobby Bowden, going into his 33rd year, the Seminole football team became one of the nation’s most competitive football teams.  The Seminoles played in five national championship games between 1993 and 2001, and have claimed the championship twice, in 1993 and 1999.  FSU Football head coach Bobby Bowden is the Division I leader in the NCAA with 373 career wins.

“We are excited that FSU will be represented on the new directory covers,” said Mike McClure, Vice President and General Manager, Seminole ISP Sports Network.  “This means that, for the next year, FSU will be front and center anytime someone picks up an AT&T Real Yellow Pages directory, reminding residents, visitors and fans of FSU’s great football tradition.”

In addition to area residential and business listings, the AT&T Real Yellow Pages includes local, state and federal government listings; area attractions and events; arts, maps, emergency and 911 guides; severe weather tips; and other important local information.  The Tallahassee directory includes listings for Alligator Point, Apalachicola, Carrabelle, Chattahooche, Crawfordville, Greensboro, Gretna, Havana, Midway, Monticello, Panacea, Quincy, Sopchoppy, St. George Island and St. Marks.
