Florida State’s Top 10 Plays of 2014: No. 2

2. Eddie’s golden moment

Clemson had the ball deep in FSU territory and appeared to have control of the game. Sean Maguire had just thrown an interception to give the Tigers the ball at the Seminoles’ 26-yard line, and QB Deshaun Waston immediately picked up eight on first down. Already in field goal range as the clock ticked down, FSU’s prospects for victory seemed grim. But that all changed in a hurry thanks to junior defensive tackle Eddie Goldman. On second-and-two, Goldman tore through the line, met running back C.J. Davidson and ripped the ball loose for a fumble. Nate Andrews recovered to end the Clemson threat and send the game to overtime.
