Football Player’s Teaching Some Skills

Feb. 21, 2008

On October 23rd, football players, Myron Rolle, Alex Boston, Jonathan Johnson, and Roger Williams surprised a group of 6th graders during their Physical Education session for a few hours of fun. The players were split into four teams by Florida High Coach David Philips. Each player was in charge of about 20-30 kids.

The kids were able to learn and demonstrate a different drill from each player. At the end of each session the kids were given a chance to ask questions and interact with the players.

The students were very appreciative and thanked the players for coming out and teaching them such useful skills.
