FoxSports Florida To Televise Baseball

June 2, 2010

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –
FOX Sports Florida will televise live all Florida State baseball games from the NCAA Regional in Norwich, CT except the game scheduled for Friday. The network will air every game involving FSU on Saturday, Sunday or Monday from the regional where the Seminoles are the No. 1 seed and paired for the Super Regionals with the NCAA Regional being hosted by the University of Louisville.

FOX Sports Florida and Sun Sports are the longtime cable television partners of Florida State University athletics and have been granted rights by the NCAA to televise the NCAA tournament games. Gene Deckerhoff and Tom Block will bring FSU fans all the baseball action.

The only scheduling conflict will be in the event of a 2:00 p.m. game on Sunday as the network has both Florida Marlins and Tampa Rays games previously scheduled. An FSU game at that time would be shown live nationwide by Fox Sports Florida via DirecTV and DISH Network (1.4M HH) and will be streamed live on the internet at FoxSportsFlorida.com.
