Tallahassee, Fla. — Florida State announced Thursday that the school has sold out of its allotment of tickets for the Camping World Kickoff. The 2016 season opener in Orlando versus Ole Miss is scheduled for September 5 and will be one of the marquee match-ups of the opening weekend of the college football season.
Although Florida State sold its 31,900 tickets to the game, tickets are still available to members of Florida Citrus Sports. For information go to www.floridacitrussports.com.
“The demand for this game was extremely high and we are thrilled our fans made it a priority to be in the stands supporting the Seminoles for the season opener,” said Athletic Director Stan Wilcox. “We had a great experience in Camping World Stadium for our spring game and I believe our fans are even more excited to see the Monday night primetime game versus Ole Miss.”
Seminole fans who already have tickets to the game can now buy both parking passes and tickets to the Camping World Kickoff FanFest via the Florida Citrus Sports website. Tickets for FSU’s home games versus Charleston Southern, North Carolina, Wake Forest and Boston College are currently available on-line at Seminoles.com and by calling the Seminole Athletic Ticket office at 888-FSU-Nole. The Clemson game is only available to current Seminole Booster members.
