“It really feels it is time. There are a lot of good things going on with this team. I really feel like I have been waiting for this day. I want to go out tomorrow and start to prove to myself and my teammates what I can do.”

On what he expects the difference to be in two-a-days from summer workout

“I expect the intensity to pick up. There are new coaches here getting ready for their first fall. I am really looking forward to it. I think it is going to be a big difference. There are some things that have changed for everyone. The contact is going to be the biggest difference from the summer.”

“We have gone through a lot of changes physically as a team since the end of last year. A lot of guys have lost weight and added muscle. We are ready to go. Everyone is in great shape and we are excited.”

“Everybody knows it is the Bowden Bowl and it is one of the biggest games of the season right off the bat. We can’t wait to get out there and play.”
