ORLANDO, FL – Bobby Bowden, college football’s all-time winningest coach, and his top-15 ranked Florida State Seminole football team are the subject of the latest edition of Sunshine Network’s UNDER THE LIGHTS all-access TV series.
Sunshine’s FSU telecast team of Paul Kennedy, Keith Jones and Tom Block host UNDER THE LIGHTS: FSU vs. NC STATE, a one-hour reality-style program chronicling the entire game week for the ‘Noles. The episode premieres Sunday, November 14, at 8:30 p.m. statewide during Sunshine’s “Prime Time ‘Noles” block of FSU programming. Repeats are scheduled for Nov. 15, at Noon & 8:30pm and Nov. 17, at 1:30 & 3pm.
In this compelling, one-of-a-kind TV special, Sunshine Network takes viewers once again behind closed doors, this time with unparalleled access to the preparation of one of the nation’s top football programs, as the Seminoles prepare for a huge ACC battle against NC State. Sunshine’s cameras have been with the Seminoles players and coaches since the end of their game against Duke, and will follow the team all week during meetings, practices and in the locker room before and after the game. Highlights from the NC State game itself will also be included, in addition to post-game reaction and interviews with players, coaches and team personnel. Additionally, FSU strength & conditioning coach Jon Jost will be wearing a microphone on the sidelines during the game, allowing viewers another opportunity to go where only the players and coaches are allowed.
UNDER THE LIGHTS draws upon Sunshine’s longstanding television partnerships with many of the state’s professional and collegiate teams providing viewers with a behind-the-scenes look at some of Florida’s top sports stories and newsmakers away from the playing fields. Given unparalleled access by the schools, coaches and teams, the series allows viewers to witness preparations rarely seen by anyone outside the teams/programs.
