TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –
Florida State head men’s basketball coach Leonard Hamilton will host his annual tip-off luncheon Nov. 24 at Noon in the University Center Club on the FSU campus. Hamilton will be joined by his staff — Associate Head Coach Stan Jones and assistant coaches Mike Jaskulski and Tony Sheals. Following the buffet lunch Hamilton will answer questions, talk about the upcoming season and provide the attending Seminole fans with insight on the team and the Florida State players.
The luncheon will be held in the Tom and Ginny Futch Ballroom on the third floor of the University Center Club. The cost of the event is $10.00. The doors open at 11:30 a.m. with the program beginning at Noon.
Florida State opens its 2003-04 season Nov. 21 as it plays host to Maine in the Leon County Civic Center. The Seminoles play host to Georgetown College Nov. 24 (the same day as the luncheon) with both games beginning at 7 p.m. Season tickets are available by calling 1-800-FSU-NOLE or by visiting seminoles.com.
Florida State won both of its games during its two-game preseason schedule. The Seminoles defeated the Global Sports All-Starts, 83-68, and the Nike Elite All-Stars, 75-65.
