Aug. 20, 2012

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – After a season of use, the Florida State Indoor Tennis Facility will open its doors to the public starting on Monday, Aug. 20.

The court fees range from 12$-$24 a session. Visitors passes will be available for purchase at a later
date. In order to reserve court times, please call (850) 228-6159. Hours of daily operation are 8 a.m.-8
p.m. Reservations must be made between the hours of 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Since the courts are now open to the public, the Florida State tennis teams will take priority of the
courts for both practice and matches. Should inclement weather arise during the times designated to
the public, the court supervisor will clear the courts as needed. If this event should occur, players will
receive a rain check if they have played 45 minutes or less.

Court rentals are slated for no longer than 90 minutes.

The Indoor Tennis Facility is located next to the Morcom Aquatics Center and the Don Veller Seminole
Golf Course on 2566 Pottsdamer street.
