It’s Kids Day As Women’s Basketball Hosts Wake Forest On Sunday At 2 p.m.

The Florida State women’s basketball team (14-5, 6-2) will host Wake Forest (10-8, 1-7) on Sunday, February 2nd at 2 p.m. in a key ACC match-up at the Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center. It’s Kids Day … get a free youth ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket and there will be a special give-away for all kids in attendance. FSU will also celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day. Prior to tip-off, members of many of the FSU women’s teams will be on hand signing autographs. Halftime will feature a special video and professional basketball spinner Robyn Rodgers (you have to see it to believe it). And following the game, all girls in attendance are invited to a special post-game event that will feature Ms. Rodgers, Coach Sue and several others who will talk about the benefit of sports in young girls’ lives.
