TALAHASSEE, Fla. –
The Florida State University men’s basketball team, ranked 30th in the nation by ESPN’s Dick Vitale in his pre-season poll of the nation’s top teams, will host its annual fan day festivities Wednesday, Nov. 10 beginning at 5 p.m. at the Civic Center. The event is sponsored by WTLH-FOX 49 and precedes the Seminoles’ exhibition against Pan American University which begins at 6 p.m.
Fan Day festivities being at 5 p.m. at the Civic Center. Admission is free to the public and the first 500 fans will receive free concession coupons. Seminole fans can show their pride by participating in giveaways and special contest to win special prizes before the Seminoles take the court in their only exhibition game of the season. Inflatable games will be open to the junior Seminoles including a moon bounce to energize the fans to cheer on the Seminoles during the game.
The Seminoles’ exhibition – the unveiling of Head Coach Leonard Hamilton’s third team to the Seminole Nation – begins at 6 p.m. Following the game, fans will have the chance to meet the players and coaches and participate in an autograph session.
