UPDATE: The start time for the spring soccer exhibition featuring FSU and the Atlanta Beat scheduled for Thursday, March 25 as been postponed to 7:15 p.m., due to rain and lightning in the Tallahassee area.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The start time for the spring soccer exhibition featuring Florida State University and the Atlanta Beat scheduled for Thursday, March 25 as been moved to 5:00 p.m.
With the threat of rain and lightning scheduled to hit the Tallahassee during the evening hours, the two clubs have decided to start the exhibition contest two hours earlier.
Admission to the contest is free as the match will be played at the Seminole Soccer Complex.
On Thursday, Yamaguchi will be honored by head coach Mark Krikorian and her former teammates for her contributes to the Seminole Soccer Program.
So far this spring the Noles have put together a solid spring record as they are 3-1 posting victories over Nebraska, Georgia and Florida. Admission for Thursday’s contest is free, so fans are encouraged to come out and see their Noles in action against the worlds finest as well as celebrate the return of former Seminole great Mami Yamaguchi.
