Men’s Basketball Hosts Ladies Night Out

TALLAHASSEE, FLA (seminoles.com) — The Florida State Men’s Basketball program and head coach Leonard Hamilton will host its annual “Ladies Night Out” open house on October 23 from 5:00-7:00 pm at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. The complimentary basketball clinic and informational meet and greet is open to all ladies interested in learning more about the 2016-17 team and coaching staff on a personal level as they discuss basketball, college life and the upcoming season.

Besides giving fans the opportunity to meet and interact with Coach Hamilton and all of the members of the Seminole program, “Ladies Night Out” will feature hors d’oeuvres, giveaways, autographs, and on-court activities to get fans ready for the upcoming season.

Interested fans should send their RSVP to ATH-MBBInfo@fsu.edu.

Florida State begins its two-game exhibition season against Southeastern University on Oct. 27 and play host to Valdosta State on Nov. 3.  The Seminoles’ game against Valdosta State honors Aubrey Boyd who starred at Florida State from 1989-92.  Boyd was tragically injured in a pick-up football game in 1995.  The proceeds of the game benefit the Aubrey Boyd Foundation.

Florida State opens its regular season against Charleston Southern on Nov. 12 at the Tucker Center.
