Men’s Golf Ends Season at ACC Tournament

UWHARRIE POINT, N.C. – The Florida State men’s golf team finished their season with a ninth place finish at the ACC Championships at the Old North State Club. The Seminoles finished with a team score 919.

Senior Craig Cochran, playing in his last collegiate tournament, posted a final-round 76 to finish tied for 26th at 226. Kris Hannah recorded a three-round total of 232 to end the tournament tied for 34th with teammate Guy Bradley. Mark Donaldson rebounded from an 82 in the second round to post a 78 in Sunday’s round. Matt Ackley rounded out the scoring, ending the event alone in 43rd.

Georgia Tech captured the team title, beating the University of North Carolina by 10 strokes, while Matt Krauss of Duke captured medalist honors.
