Men’s Golfers Take Eighth At LSU Intercollegiate

BATON ROUGE, La. – The Florida State men’s golf team shot a final
round 307 to finish in eighth place at the 18-team LSU Intercollgiate on
Tuesday afternoon at the Country Club of Louisiana in Baton Rouge. FSU
finished 16 strokes behind tournament winner North Florida.


The Seminoles were led by Kris Hannah, who tied for 10th place with
a four-over par, 220. Hannah shot 76-72-72. Hannah finished nine shots
behind individual winner David Bennett of North Florida.


Matt Ackley and Guy Bradley tied for 27th with 10-over, 226 totals.
Ackley shot 70-75-81 while Bradley fired rounds of 72-77-77.


Bradley Lusenhop tied for 60th for FSU while Jason Lopez finished
in 85th. Lusenhop closed at 232, 16-over (73-74-85) while Lopez shot
rounds of 82-82-77 to finish at 241 (+25).


The tournament closed out Florida State’s fall schedule. FSU is
next in action on February 7-8 at the Bridges All-American Intercollegiate
in Bay St. Louis, MS.
