Men’s Hoops Drops Two Close Games in Australia

Florida State lost a pair of close, hard-fought games in the second
and third contests of its seven-game Australian tour on Monday and Tuesday.
On Monday, the Seminoles fell 114-105 to the Victoria-Melbourne Titans. On
Tuesday in Sydney, FSU lost 100-93 to the Sydney Kings.

Against the Titans, Damous Anderson scored a team-high 29 points
while Ron Hale added 24. Florida State hit 14 three-pointers in the game,
including four each by Hale and Emanuel Mathis. Adrian Crawford added
three and Anderson hit two.

Crawford finished with 19 points in the game while Mathis had 12.

Anderson scored 27 points against the Kings while Crawford added 17
and Delvon Arrington finished with 14. Hale was held to a tour-low 13
points.

The Seminoles were again hot from three-point range, making 10 in
the contest.
