Men’s Tennis Plays Host To ACC foe N.C. State

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida State men’s tennis team will play host to N.C. State Wednesday, March 27th at 3 p.m. This match was initially scheduled for 3:30 p.m. but was moved up due to the Wolfpack’s travel plans. The Seminoles enter the match ranked 45th with an 11-5 overall record and are undefeated in ACC play. The Wolfpack enter the contest unranked with a 4-12 overall record and a 0-2 conference record.


The Seminoles feature Xavier Luscan, who is ranked 49th nationally in singles play. The tandem of Luscan and teammate Rodrigo Laub are also ranked 58th in doubles for the Seminoles. The Seminoles lead the all-time series against the Wolfpack 9-2. Last season the Seminoles defeated the Wolfpack, 5-2, in Raleigh.


After Wednesday’s match against the Wolfpack, the Seminoles will host the Wake Forest Demon Deacons on Saturday at 2 p.m. The time for Saturday’s match has also changed from its original time, which was at 1 p.m.
