For the men’s distance events, senior Tom Lancashire (Bolton, England/Turton) earned a spot in the 3,000m while fellow senior Andrew Lemoncello (St. Andrew’s, Scotland/Stirling) will compete in the 5,000m run.

Two Seminoles from the women’s team punched their ticket to nationals. Seniors Barbara Parker (Norfolk, England/Loughborough) and Alyce Williams (Palm Coast, FL/George Mason) will battle it out in the mile run and triple jump, respectively.

“We are in position to go in and win,” Head coach Bob Braman said. “Now we just have to go in there and do the best we can to put the points on the board.”

“I feel really good about how we qualified, particularly in the last weekend with Cedric, Michael Ray and Charles getting in. Getting three or four things done at a last chance meet is pretty spectacular finish to the indoor season.”
