TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The No. 19 Florida State softball team is back in action on Thursday night as the Seminoles will play host to Auburn at 3 p.m. on JoAnne Graf Field.

After hosting FIU in a doubleheader Tuesday and earning 8-3 and 7-2 wins, the Seminoles and Tigers will tussle just once before FSU makes its way down to Clearwater, Fla. for the USF The Game Tournament.

Florida State will leave Tallahassee on Thursday immediately after playing Auburn and will then face Texas Tech at 6 p.m. on Friday. Contests against Long Island and Northern Illinois will follow on Saturday and then the ‘Noles will match up against Syracuse and South Florida on Sunday.

The game against USF Will be aired in the Tampa area on Bright House Network’s channel 47.

The FSU-Auburn game will mark the 19th time that the two programs will face one another. The Seminoles currently boast a 12-5-1 record in the series but the Tigers are on a two-game winning streak after wins in 2006 and 2007.

All the action on Thursday will be aired online as part of All Access. Fans can navigate their Internet Web browser to where they can get play-by-play and see all the excitement from the Seminole Softball Complex.
