No. 1 Seminoles Prepare for NC State

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The No. 1 ranked Florida State Seminoles began
preparations for Saturday’s contest against NC State with a light Monday
night practice on the Ed Williamson practice fields. Practice lasted for
11 periods, starting with work and special teams and ending with individual
and team drills against the scout team. The team spent time after practice
working on conditioning.

“We spent most of tonight working on corrections from the Georgia
Tech game,” said head coach Bobby Bowden. “We also introduced the basics
from the NC State game and did some work on that towards the end of
practice.”

The seminoles received word today that WR Marvin Minnis, TB Davy
Ford, and OG Jerry Carmichael were all cleared to practice today.


Injury Report: no new injuries

The Seminoles will take on the Wolfpack Saturday, September 18 at
3:30 p.m. The game will be covered by ABC.
