TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- The No. 13 ranked Florida State men’s Golf team defended its home turn winning the Seminole Intercollegiate at Golden Eagle Country Club with a three-round total of -6 (858).

The Seminoles finished strong with a third-round total of -3 (285) to beat No. 9 Auburn by four strokes. Virginia rounded out the top three at +2. The Tigers (-2) were the only other team to finish under par. The individual title went to Vanderbilt’s Jon Curran who fired back-to-back 68’s to finish with a three-round total of -10 (206). Cullen bested runner-up Jay Moseley of Auburn by three shots (-7). North Carolina’a Kevin O’Connell and UAB’s Zach Sucher tied for third at -6. Florida State’s top finisher was Jonas Blixt who finished tied for sixth at -1.
