TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Three members of the Florida State women’s soccer program have been called up by the U.S. Under 23 Women’s National Team for their second training camp. Juniors Casey Short, Toni Pressley and Tori Huster will represent the Seminoles in the upcoming camp which will be held at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California from May 15 to May 21.
All three players participated in U-23’s most recent training camp which was held at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California from April 24 to May 1. The camp marked the first time that Pressley and Short have trained with the U-23 team, as they had previously played with the U-20 team during the 2010 World Cup.
Playing with the U-23’s is nothing new for Huster who competed with the national team last summer during the Four Nations Tournament held in Leicester, England. Following another successful season for the Seminoles, Huster was then called up again for a training camp with the U-23’s this past December.
