TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida State Athletic Ticket Office announced today non-priority tickets for the 2016 Orlando Kickoff Game are now available to the public. Tickets for the season-opener between Florida State and Ole Miss are currently on sale in the lower level corners (sections 125 and 127), the plaza corners (Section P25 and P27), the upper level sidelines (sections 204-206) and the upper level corners (sections 201-203).
“We are pleased to be able to make select tickets available to all our fans for the 2016 season opener,” said Assistant Athletic Director Jack Chatham. “Our first priority was to make sure we had accommodated all of our Seminole Boosters and once we achieved that goal we were able to make a limited number of non-priority seats available to the rest of our fans.”
Non-priority tickets range in price from $60.00 to $90.00 depending on location. The tickets are available immediately on-line at Seminoles.com or by contacting the Seminole Athletic Ticket Office.
This will be the seventh neutral site game for the Seminoles in Orlando as they have posted wins over Memphis State (1990), Notre Dame (1994), Duke (1995) and Wake Forest (1996) while tying Stetson in The City Beautiful in 1952. The game will be the first regular-season appearance by a Southeastern Conference (SEC) team in the Orlando Citrus Bowl Stadium since September 28, 1991, when Florida defeated Mississippi State, 29-7 in front of a crowd of 69,328.
