TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — There’s no rest for the weary. After a hard-fought battle against Oklahoma last weekend, the Florida State football team kicks off its conference schedule with a tough road matchup at Clemson on Saturday.

Winners of their first three ballgames, the Tigers boast a potent offensive attack that is highlighted by freshman star wide receiver Sammy Watkins. Quarterback Tajh Boyd has started his first year as the full-time starter strong, averaging more than 300 yards passing coming into the game against the Seminoles.

Defensively, Clemson has been gashed early on this season. The Tigers, who are coached on the defensive side of the ball by former FSU linebackers coach Kevin Steele, have given up 14 plays of 20 yards or more in three games.
