Yards Against Cancer

What is the Y.A.C. Program?

The term “YAC” is often used in football to represent the yardage made after a player catches a pass (i.e. Yards After Catch).  With this in mind, The American Cancer Society and FSU Football Tight Ends Coach/Recruitment Coordinator, John Lilly, have teamed up to develop The Y.A.C. Program – Yards Against Cancer!!!  All of the money donated will go towards the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life at Florida State University.  Relay For Life is an 18-hour event where teams made up of staff and students walk throughout the night representing that “Cancer Never Sleeps.”  Coach Lilly has made a personal donation as a “Warrior Sponsor” and we would like to give the Seminole fans the opportunity to help us gain yards in the fight against caner.
