Seminole Invitational All-Tournament Team Announced

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Following the conclusion of the Home2 Suites by Hilton Tallahassee Seminole Invitational, the coaches of the four participating teams selected seven to the All-Tournament team.

Colorado State went undefeated in the tournament and selected outside hitters Breana Runnels and Jasmine Hanna, and middle blocker Paulina Hougaard-Jensen to the all-tournament team. Runnels earned 35 kills on 82 total attacks over the course of the weekend (.266), Hanna recorded 36 kills on 83 total attacks (.348) and Hougaard-Jensen earned 24 kills on 36 attacks (.608) with 16 total blocks.

Florida State came in second in the tournament and selected outside hitters Natasha Calkins and Milica Kubura to the All-Tournament team. Calkins finished the weekend with 33 kills on 93 total attacks (.281), while Kubura led the Seminoles’ offense with 37 kills on 61 total attacks (.479).

TCU selected outside hitter Ashleigh Martin and UNC Asheville selected right side hitter Ansley Rooks for the All-Tournament team. Martin led the All-Tournament selections with 42 kills on 94 total attacks (.269) over the course of the weekend, while Rooks earned 16 kills on 45 total attacks (.285) at the tournament.
