TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –
The Florida State University men’s basketball game against South Florida, scheduled for Jan. 2 in Tampa, Fla., has been set for a 7 p.m. game time. Fox Sports Net South will televise the game live.
Florida State now has 23 of its 27 regular season games slated for live television coverage. The Seminoles appear on ESPN2 twice (at Northwestern, Nov. 28 and vs. North Carolina, Jan. 16), on Sunshine Network six times (at Florida, Nov. 16, vs. Savannah State, Nov. 20, vs. Elon College, Nov. 23, vs. Western Carolina, Dec. 8, vs. American, Dec. 22 and vs. Campbell, Dec. 27), on Fox Sports Net South nine times (at Wake Forest, Dec. 16, at South Florida, Jan. 2, vs. Duke, Jan. 6, at NC State, Jan. 8, vs. Clemson, Jan. 24, at Georgia Tech, Jan. 30, at Duke, Feb. 7, at Clemson, Feb. 23 and vs. Georgia Tech, March 2) and on Raycom/Jefferson Pilot six times. (at Virginia, Jan. 19, at Maryland, Jan. 26, vs. Wake Forest, Feb. 2, vs. NC State, Feb. 10, at North Carolina, Feb. 17 and vs. Maryland, Feb. 27). In addition, all eight games of the ACC Tournament (March 7-10) will be broadcast live on ESPN/ESPN2 and Raycom/Jefferson Pilot.
Florida State begins its exhibition season with its annual Garnet and Gold intra-squad game Nov. 1 followed by a game against Nike-Elite Basketball Nov. 4.
