TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –
The Florida State men’s basketball team will host its annual fan day festivities and play its only exhibition game of the season Sunday beginning at 3 p.m. in the Donald L. Tucker Center. The fan day celebration will begin at 3 p.m. and the Seminoles will play host to Delta State beginning at 4 p.m. as the team prepares for the 2005-06 season. The event and parking at the Tucker Center are free and the public is invited to watch the team’s first public appearance of the season.
The celebration of Seminole basketball begins at 3:00 p.m. inside the Tucker Center with games, festivities and giveaways for all Seminole fans in attendance. Seminole fans can show their pride by participating in giveaways and special contest to win special prizes before the Seminoles take the court in their only exhibition game of the season. Inflatable games will be open to the junior Seminoles including an inflatable obstacle course to energize the fans to cheer on the Seminoles during the game.
The Seminoles’ exhibition – the unveiling of Head Coach Leonard Hamilton’s fourth team to the Seminole Nation – begins at 4 p.m. Following the game, fans will have the chance to meet the players and coaches and participate in autograph and photograph sessions.
