The Florida State University School of Communication and Seminole Productions is proud to recognize two students for their recent win at the 2013 Florida Associated Press Broadcasters Awards.

The awards honor the best in televisions and radio from across the state.

Seminole Sports Magazine reporter Taylor Tannebaum and editor Ricardo Maldonado won first place in the Sports category with the feature “Confidence: Florida State’s Michael Snaer”, a profile on the FSU senior guard’s mental preparation and attitude on the basketball court.

Tannebaum and Maldonado are both recent graduates from the Media Production Program in the School of Communication. Seminole Sports Magazine is a weekly broadcast that profiles Florida State University athletics.
