Tallahassee, Fla. –Coming off a two-match road loss last weekend, Florida State’s volleyball team is packing it up and heading to North Carolina for another back-to-back meeting with North Carolina and NC State. The Seminoles take on the UNC Tar Heels Friday, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m. with the match broadcast live on ACC Select. Next, the team travels to Raleigh on Saturday, Oct. 20 to match up with the Wolfpack at 6 p.m. Both matches can be followed on GameTracker.
“The Scoop” On Florida State:
Florida State leads the all-time series against both UNC (28-17) and NC State (30-5).
The Seminoles dropped to No. 10 in the ACC after losing to Maryland and Boston College on the road.
FSU junior Mira Djuric leads the conference in service aces with 52 (0.83 average per game).
Florida State is second in the ACC for aces (143 total) and fourth for hitting percentage (.213).
