Seminole Women’s Golf Team Competes In Ann Rhoads Intercollegiate

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. –
Junior All-American Caroline Westrup shot a five-over par 76 and is in a tie for 31st place after the first round of the University of Alabama/Ann Rhoads Intercollegiate at the NorthRiver Golf Club. Westrup is only three strokes from moving into the top-10 of the individual standings with two rounds and 36 holes of golf remaining to be played. The Seminoles are in 17th place in the team standings.

The University of Arkansas is in first place in the team standings after carding a 295 team score on the par 71 course. The Razorbacks are led by Stacy Lewis, the defending NCAA individual champion, who shot a three-under par 68. She is one stroke ahead of Stefanie Kenoyer of Furman University.
