TALLAHASEE, Fla. – The No.1 ranked Florida State Seminoles (5-0) began preparations for this Saturday’s game against Wake Forest with a short Monday night practice. The first 20 minutes were spent inside, working on mat drills. Practice was then moved to the Ed Williamson practice fields for an eight period workout. The Seminoles spent the first half of the eight period outdoor practice working on corrections, before moving on to team drills.
“This is the kind of game that scares you to death,” said head coach Bobby Bowden. “We’re coming off of an emotional high with a big win over an arch rival, so you have to be careful.
INJURY REPORT: OT Char-ron Dorsey and LB Bobby Rhodes both missed today’s practice with an intestinal virus. QB Marcus Outzen and OG Donald Heaven are both being treated with the same illness.
Kickoff for Saturday’s game vs. the Demon Deacons is set for 7:00 p.m. The game is available on pay-per-view through the Sunshine Network.
