TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –
Florida State men’s basketball coach Leonard Hamilton is featured on the front cover and in a well-written feature story in the November/December issue of Tallahassee Magazine. Hamilton shares his thoughts about his team, his beliefs and his coaching style in a six-page spread written by magazine editor Rosanne Dunkelberger.
Hamilton is entering his fourth season at FSU after having taking his 2004 team to the second round of the postseason NIT. Readers will get an inside look on his coaching methods and why he thinks that winning is not the most important aspect of coaching a college basketball team.
A coach who is notorious for turning around basketball programs, Hamilton explains his philosophies on the game and raising his athletes into graduating and successful men. Readers will go through a montage of events throughout his life and career and will understand Hamilton more as a coach and a person.
Issues of Tallahassee Magazine will be available through the end of December and can be found at Borders and Barnes and Noble Book Stores, all Publix stores and the Tallahassee magazine office on Miccosukee Road.
