Seminoles In Eighth Place After Two Rounds Of Gator Invitational

Sophomore Drew Kittleson and freshman Brooks Koepka shots identical scores of one-over par 141 and are in a tie for 14th place after the first two rounds of the Gator Invitational at the Mark Bostick Golf Course at the University of Florida. The Seminoles are in a tie for eighth place in the team standings with one round of 18 holes remaining to be played on Sunday.

The University of Florida men’s golf team had a solid first day to take a 10-shot lead after two rounds. Gator senior Toby Ragland is on top of the leader board after firing 68 (-2) and 65 (-5) on day one for a two-round total of 133 (-7).

Kittleson shot rounds of one-over par 71 and even par 70 for a 36-hole total of 141. Koepka shot a two over par 72 in the first round and a one-under par 69 in the second round for a two round total of 141. Both players are only eight strokes behind the lead of Ragland in the individual standings.
