Senior Francesca Segarelli and junior Kristina Schleich secured the doubles point for the Seminoles by defeating Sofia Baptista and Jenna Doerfler on court two, 8-2.  The match on court one went unfinished with Daneika Borthwick and Kerrie Cartwright out in front 7-4 over Genevieve Lorbergs and Josephine Haraldson.

Her opponent Haraldson went ahead 4-3 before Segarelli served again to tie the set at four.  Segarelli found her fuel as she broke to get back on serve while up 5-4. Segarelli closed out the match and clinched for FSU, 6-0, 6-4.

No. 37 -ranked Borthwick made it 5-0 by conquering Lorbergs on court one, 6-1, 6-3.
