TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP)Von Wafer scored 17 and Alexander Johnson had 16 as
five Florida State players scored in double figures to lead the Seminoles over
Jacksonville 101-57 Tuesday night.

Forward Anthony Richardson had 11 rebounds and 10 points for the host team.
Guard Ralph Mims had six steals to go with his 11 points. Forward Antonio
Griffin scored 14 off the bench.

After Jacksonville (4-4) pulled within two at 29-27 on Haminn Quaintance
jumper from the elbow, Florida State closed the first half with an 18-2 run
over the final 4:51 to lead 46-29 at halftime.

The Seminoles scored the first 12 points of the second half and led by as
many as 47 on its way to its first 100-point game since a 111-108 overtime loss
to Georgia Tech on Feb. 11, 1999.

The Seminoles (6-5) turned a back-and-forth game to their favor for good
with an Anthony Richardson basket with 9:26 left in the first half.

The lead was exchanged twice and tied six times before that basket.

Forward Antonio Cool had 12 points and Mario Brown had 11 points in his
first start for the Dolphins.
