Tallahassee, Fla. –Coming off a weekend sweep of Boston College and Maryland at home, Florida State volleyball hits the road one last time this season to take on Clemson and Georgia Tech.
Up first for the Seminoles are the Clemson Tigers on Friday, Nov. 16. The Tigers are No. 1 in the Atlantic Coast Conference with a 17-1 record. Their only loss came at Virginia when the Cavaliers swept Clemson 3-0. In the last meeting with FSU, Clemson took the match in three on Lucy McDaniel Court.
Florida State travels to Atlanta, Ga., to take on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on Saturday, Nov. 17 at 7:00 p.m. Although the Yellow Jackets lead the all-time series against the Seminoles, 8-24, they lost in five against the garnet and gold earlier this season in Tallahassee.

Senior libero Summer Weissing broke the Florida State career digs record set by Luiza Ramos in 1994 against Boston College on Nov. 9. Weissing recorded 14 digs against the Eagles to move her to the No. 1 spot in the record books…her total to date is now 1,803.
The Seminoles are No. 5 in the ACC for the third straight week after sweeping their home weekend against Boston College and Maryland.
Florida State has won eight of its last nine matches going into the Clemson/Georgia Tech weekend.
The last time the Seminoles defeated Clemson was Nov. 4, 2005 in South Carolina when FSU won 3-1 (30-27, 17-30, 30-26, 30-22).
Junior Mira Djuric remains fourth in the NCAA for service aces, averaging 0.76 per game.
Florida State is one of six ACC teams ranked in the top 100 for RPI. The Seminoles are No. 81, ahead of North Carolina at No 100.
