Seminoles Make Turn In Fifth Place At NCAA Championship

Opelika, Ala. –
Led by senior Alison Curdt, who finished the back nine at one-under par, the Florida State women’s golf team is in fifth place at the halfway point of their first round at the NCAA Women’s Golf Championship at the Grand National Golf Course. Curdt birdied two of her first nine holes and earned even part scores on seven to finish at 35 on the first nine. All five Seminole players finished the first nine holes at plus three or better.


The Seminoles, who are playing with Washington and Southern California, will be one of the last teams to finish the first round. They should finish the round at approximately 8 p.m. CDT.
