Seminoles Place 165 Student-Athletes On ACC Academic Honor Roll

GREENSBORO, N.C. –
Florida State placed 165 student-athletes on the Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Honor Roll it was announced Tuesday by the ACC League Office. Sixteen Seminoles earned their fourth honors while wearing the garnet and gold. Five Seminoles who were named ACC Performers of the Year also garnered honors.

Several Seminoles who garnered ACC athletic accolades also excelled in the classroom this past year as five ACC Players of the Year were named to the honor roll. Kim Williams (women’s field) all were named to the honor roll. Women’s soccer ACC Freshman of the Year Tiffany McCarty was honored for her work in the classroom as well.

The ACC Academic Honor Roll is comprised of student-athletes that participated in a varsity-level sport and registered a grade point average of 3.00 or better for the full academic year.
