July 14, 2006

The Florida State University Seminole football program is featured on the Tallahassee edition of The Real Yellow Pages. This will be Tallahassee’s inaugural directory since it brought the Southeast’s leading yellow pages to the area in February. Delivery begins this month and will continue for approximately the next four weeks. The area’s leading yellow pages directory from BellSouth will have the largest distribution of any area yellow pages and will deliver approximately 500,000 print and CD-ROM copies over the next year.

“The 2006-2007 edition of the Tallahassee directory is unique because it is our first directory to be released since coming to the area earlier this year. We are very proud that this will become the largest yellow pages distribution in the area and even more excited that the Seminoles are featured on our inaugural Tallahassee directory,” said Gail Wynne, regional sales manager for BellSouth.

“Florida State athletics is honored to be featured on BellSouth’s first Tallahassee yellow pages directory. We look forward to our partnership with The Real Yellow Pages. It’s a great opportunity to be seen by thousands of area residents and visitors,” said Kay Scott, general manager/assistant director of athletics for marketing at FSU.

BellSouth and The Real Yellowpages will be giving free copies of the Tallahassee directory at all Bill’s Bookstores in the Tallahassee area and CDs of the directory will be available for students free of charge around the FSU campus throughout the directory throughout the year.

The front section of the directory will includes the award-winning Community Information Pages with special sections devoted to Florida State, as well as information on local schools and government offices, public transportation, area sports, area museums and attractions, weather and emergency planning, as well as other important local information.

“Just as consumers’ preferences for how they locate local business information has changed, so have BellSouth’s tools for finding information. From our print directories, to the Internet, consumers have a choice of how they `let their fingers do the walking’ when searching The Real Yellow Pages,” said Wynne.
